On the ground floor you’ll find the living room, dining room, and a very well equipped modern kitchen, all with magnificent ocean views. There's also a half bathroom. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each has a balcony and ocean views directly from the bed. The master suit has a king-size bed and an attached bathroom, where you can take a shower while looking at the ocean. The other two rooms have each queen-size bed and share a bathroom. All rooms upstairs and downstairs are airconditioned. The villa has a large infinity pool, a big covered terrace, and a BBQ area. There is a utility room with a washer and dryer for your convenience and a covered parking for 2 cars. The house and pool are private, no space is shared I'm always available online. My house manager will be available throughout your stay for any help or advice you might need. He speaks both English and Spanish. Dominical is a lovely colorful town well known for its good vibe and great surfing. The villa is on the hill in a gated community 2 minutes by car from the center of Dominical, 15 minutes by foot along the beach. There are numerous gorgeous beaches in the area, the nearest one - 5 minutes by foot - is one of the best ones. The beautiful Nauyaca waterfalls are 15 minutes away, and so is Marino Ballena National Park. Manuel Antonio National Park is 40 minutes to the north. There are numerous activities you can do in the area. Kayaking, ATV tours, surfing lessons, SAP, fishing, horseback riding, whale watching, snorkeling, zip-lining, paragliding, and more.
