Each apartment has been finished to a high standard with underfloor heating beneath tiled floors downstairs and quality solid hardwood floors upstairs ensuring that the house is always cosy. The space The ground floor features a large kitchen with an arched window giving panoramic views of Orkney farmland. The fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs leads through to a larger dining area with a double sided woodburning stove which also serves the lounge area. The lounge area also has comfortable seating and a smart TV. There are double doors leading off the dining area to a paved patio with picnic table. The central stairway leads off the dining area to the 3 bedrooms and bathroom located upstairs. There are two double rooms each with king size beds, built in wardrobes and ensuite toilet, wash hand basin and shower. There is also a twin bedded room next to the main bathroom which has modern fitted units and a shower over the bath. ​ The Farmhouse has lockable adjoining doors to The Barn so that both can be booked together to make a larger 4 bedroom apartment with a double sofabed in The Barn's living area.
