The space The stylish and spacious apartment offers plenty of space and impresses with a high-quality, warm ambience. The centerpiece is the impressive 40 m² conservatory with floor-to-ceiling windows, which creates a lot of light and a special sense of space. The living area has a cozy large corner sofa and a 65-inch smart TV – ideal for relaxing movie or fireplace evenings. The living and hallway area is equipped with elegant oak parquet, while the conservatory and bathroom have pleasant underfloor heating. The luxurious bathroom offers a large walk-in shower, two sinks, bidet and a whirlpool bathtub. The three bedrooms are quietly located and equipped with very comfortable beds and external shutters, so relaxing nights are guaranteed. The modern kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and two coffee machines (filter & capsule), perfect for connoisseurs. At the 220 cm dining table, all guests will find comfortable space – ideal for shared meals or cozy evenings. The apartment is located in a quiet semi-detached house, close to nature and yet only about 2 km from the center of Worpswede. If required, we will gladly provide a garage, e.g. for safe parking and charging of e-bikes. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment on the ground floor exclusively to themselves. Access is via the shared front door of the two-family house. From there, a small hallway leads to the separate apartment door on the ground floor. The other apartment is on the upper floor and has its own enclosed area. A key box allows for flexible and contactless arrival. Free parking is available directly on the premises. If required, a garage can also be provided for the safe parking and charging of e-bikes. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is located in a quiet two-family house. We therefore ask for consideration of the neighborhood and compliance with the usual quiet times. Events or celebrations are generally only possible on prior request so that we can assess whether the setting fits the accommodation and the house environment. Pets are also allowed upon request. Please indicate which animal you would like to bring before booking – we will then check this individually. The fireplace may only be used with the wood provided and according to instructions. Please never leave it unattended during operation. The whirlpool function of the bathtub can of course be used. For hygienic reasons, we ask that you do not use bath oils, colored additives or bubble baths. It is a non-smoking apartment. Free parking is available directly at the house; on request, a garage for parking and charging e-bikes can be provided.
