Enjoy the entire property, with the garden and pool all to yourself. Listings are distributed as follows: * Accommodation for 8 people: This home consists of 2 levels. On the ground floor, a spacious and bright living room with sofa, armchairs, dining table, window doors overlooking a large terrace with superb panoramic views, outdoor table and chairs, barbecue; a large equipped kitchen (oven, gas/induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine) with a table; a bedroom with a double bed and many closets and wardrobes; a large shower room with very spacious Italian shower and toilet; a second shower room with toilet. Upstairs, a large game room with 2 single beds, TV with XBox, games and children's books; 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds; a toilet. * Accommodation for 6 people which consists of a living room with sofa, armchairs, dining table, bar and equipped open kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster). 2 bedrooms: 1 parent bedroom (1 double bed) and a children's room for 4 (2 bunk beds). A shower room (Italian shower) and a separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine, clothing rack and storage. Space to store luggage. * Accommodation for 4 people that consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine) 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm) and closet. 1 shower room. You also have a terrace with table and chairs, and a BBQ. * Accommodation for 4 people which is close to the pool and has a beautiful wooden terrace arranged with table, living room and barbecue. This home consists of a living room with a sofa bed (2 people), equipped open kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine). A closet with a washing machine. A bedroom with 2 single beds. A shower room and an independent toilet. On request we provide baby cot, highchair, sunbed. Linens, towels and linen are provided. All homes are air-conditioned. The garden and pool are freely accessible and shared by the tenants of the 4 apartments. Parking available in the property. PLEASE NOTE that this property is in a subdivision. So it's imperative not to have parties. It's designed for a relaxing family vacation. It is therefore not possible to put loud music or make noise after 10 p.m. The owners live next door. Guest access You will have access to the entire property: the 4 apartments, their terraces, the garden and the swimming pool privately. Other things to note . Check-in can be done between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. . We will be available by message on the platform until 9:00 PM. . The accommodation is non-smoking. Any violation of this rule will result in a charge of €150 to cover cleaning and deodorization costs. . A kit of sheets and bath towels will be provided for your arrival, with one kit per bed per stay. . We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags). The products at your disposal are welcome products; they are there to allow you to arrive with peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. It will depend on your personal consumption. . The cleaning fee covers the cleaning of the accommodation after your departure (the garbage must be disposed of and the dishes cleaned and put away) at the end of the stay and the cleaning of the linen. If you would like additional cleaning, please contact us in advance, and we will charge for this extra cleaning. . The use of the villa is strictly reserved for the people mentioned on the reservation. . The use of the villa and all its amenities must be carried out in a prudent and responsible manner and without disturbing the neighborhood A security deposit of €2,000 will be required.
