The space The apartment is located on the first floor of a multi-family house and comfortably accommodates up to 5 people. It features: 🛌 1 large, bright double bedroom with a cozy 1.80 m bed; you can wake up to a view of the lake. Additionally, there is a spacious wardrobe, a bench, and a beautiful mirror. 🛌 A second bedroom also accommodates two people with a 1.40 m wide bed – suitable for two children or teenagers. It also includes a wardrobe and a small desk for storage or working. 🛁 1 bathroom with lake view and a washing machine; it includes a toilet, sink, and shower. 🍽️ A large kitchen, living, and dining area: the dining table is placed directly by the window, allowing you to enjoy the wonderful view while eating. The table is handmade and can seat up to 6 people with additional chairs. The fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the balcony, includes a refrigerator, freezer, wine cooler, oven, espresso capsule machine, and a drip coffee maker. 🛋️ A spacious living room: there is a small seating area to the left of the fireplace. To the right is a couch that can be extended and used as a sofa bed. The TV also receives German channels. ✅ Bed linen, towels, hairdryer, and Wi-Fi are included. ☀️ Large balcony facing southwest. The balcony wraps around two sides of the apartment and is furnished with a table, four chairs, and a daybed. Thanks to the retractable awning, you can also enjoy the shade during the day. 🚗 The large private garage completes the offer. Guest access The house, together with the private closed garage with automatic door, is fully available to guests. As the apartment is part of a residential complex, access to the garage area through the automatic gate and the pedestrian entrance is shared with other residents. Other things to note Dear guests, here are some informations se would like to share with you. 🔥 HEATING Heating in the apartment is centralized and according to Italian legislation in the condominiums it will remain on from 15 October 2024 until 15 April 2025 for a maximum of 13 hours per day (for energy saving). There is an air conditioning unit in the living room and kitchen that also functions as heating, and the accommodation provides portable devices to ensure a comfortable temperature on slightly colder days. 🔞 MINORS Minors may only stay if accompanied by their parents or by an adult with written authorization and a copy of the parents' identity documents. 🚤 SERVICES Possibility to rent SUPs, canoes, bicycles, and boats (no license required), thanks to agreements with nearby businesses.
