Welcome to this warm house in the heart of Mulsanne! Spacious and bright, with its 4 bedrooms and independent studio, it can accommodate up to 12 people. Enjoy its many living spaces; a living room with fireplace and 360° TV, a relaxing veranda, a living room with extendable table as well as games for young and old (table football, darts, petanque, play mat...). It's the perfect place to meet, rest or work peacefully. The space Whether you come with family, friends or for a business trip, everyone will find their place. The house has 10 beds divided into 4 comfortable bedrooms including a master suite (160/200 and 90/190 beds). The latter has its own independent access via the outside staircase to the garden. The exterior door is low (150 cm high). The beams are at a height of 180 cm. You will find 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, one of which is an integral part of the suite. The self-contained studio for 2 people (140/190 cm bed) completes the house; it has its own fully equipped kitchen and its own shower room, ideal for greater privacy. Each guest has a wardrobe area and a free and accessible electrical outlet. The different living rooms will allow everyone to enjoy quiet time or pleasant moments of conviviality. The living room, equipped with a 360° swivel connected TV, adapts to all situations: movie night, fireplace atmosphere (wood available on site) or professional projection (from the living room). The fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, gas stove, dishwasher...) invites you to prepare good meals. The open and spacious living room can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests around the same dinner thanks to its large table with extensions. The veranda, transformed into a real relaxation space, offers a perfect corner to read, chat or simply enjoy the calm. On the leisure side, there's room for fun and good humor: foosball, darts, board games and petanque are at your disposal. Outside: Enjoy a pleasant and enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal outdoors.
