sunny view farm cottage

Relax with the whole family at our farm cottage, sit in the large wood fired hot tub ( wood is free ) while watching our farm animals, the cottage has a groundfloor bedroom with shower room, upstairs are 2 large bedrooms and a house bathroom with jacuzzi bath, we have sheep cattle goats ducks and chickens on the farm as well as vintage vehicles, there is also a games room and sauna and a pizza oven. We are close to Knaresborough North yorks, Harrogate Ripon and York are only 20-30 mins away. The space the cottage has 3 large bedrooms one of which is downstairs with a shower room, the kitchen/dinning area has patio doors out to the garden overlooking the fields where out cattle graze, there is a games room and a basket ball / badminton court, the village pub is only a 5 mins walk away.... Guest access you are welcome to look at the animals on the farm but please supervise children , and keep dogs on a lead Other things to note guests use the facilities at sunnydale entirely at their own risk, there may be machinery movement while feeding the animals, sometimes it can be muddy !
