Guests are expected to treat the home with care. Any damage, loss, or missing items should be reported and may result in additional charges. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire main floor and one basement bedroom with its own full bathroom, including: • 3 main floor bedrooms (including a master suite with king bed & ensuite) • 2 full bathrooms on the main floor • 1 private basement bedroom with its own bathroom • Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with Smart TV & Netflix • Laundry (washer & dryer) • Deck and backyard • Driveway parking (spots #1 & #3) + street parking 🚫 Please note: The rest of the basement is not part of the guest space and is not accessible. We kindly ask guests to respect all designated areas to help us maintain the home in excellent condition. Other things to note • This is a quiet residential neighborhood — please be mindful of noise, especially during evenings. • No parties or large gatherings are permitted. • Only registered guests are allowed on the property. • The rest of the basement is not accessible to guests. • Exterior security cameras are in place for safety (front, entrance, and backyard). • Please treat the home with care to help us maintain a clean and welcoming space for all guests. Please note: the basement is a completely separate private suite with its own entrance and may occasionally be occupied by the host. Guests have full private access to the main home and all listed amenities.
