Welcome my dear guests! The location of this property is very convenient. Mega Center, Anytime Fitness, Service NSW,Westpoint shopping mall/woolworths/Coles/ALDI/Big W,Kmart,Blacktown Station,Hospital,Aquatic Center and many parks are in short distance. Its backyard and deck offer you a fresh atmosphere to relax. The space My 2-story house has 2 parts(A,B). Each part has its own entrance. Part B has 6 bedrooms (B1-B6). The entance of Part B is the main door in the middle of the house. Room B4 on the first floor is for you. Room B4 has 1 queen size bed+ 1 comfortable chair+wardrobe+cabinet+AC There are a spacious full kitchen+dishwasher+air fryer+dining table/chairs+3-seat sofa+TV shared with other guests on the first floor. There are two full bathrooms shared with other guests.Each floor has one. There are 2 fridges in the house.The white one on the ground floor is for the guests in B1 and B2. The black one on the first floor is for the guests in B3-B6 There are outdoor tables/chairs on the deck attached with Part B on the ground floor,which are shared with other guests in Part B. Please don’t use the deck attached with Part A,that’s for Part A guest only. There are frontyard and backyard shared with other guests, where you may access and relax. Free parking on grass in backyard. But it is much appreciated that you park your car by the side of road at night or if your parking time is less than 4 hours between 8:30AM-6PM. So that the backyard could be more spacious for your relaxing and the grass grows better. Guest access You may use privately: Entire room B4 You may shared with B3-B6 guests: The black fridge in the kitchen on the first floor You may shared with other guests in Part B: All the facilities in Part B,including: kitchen,TV,dining tables/chairs,bathrooms,washing machines,tables/chairs on the deck attached with Part B You may shared with all other guests: Backyard,frontyard,driveway(please don’t park your car on the driveway) You may not use: 1. The white fridge on the ground floor which is shared by the guests in B1&B2 2. The deck attached with Part A.That’s for Part A guests only. Other things to note ACs are only installed in bedrooms.Please note that there is no AC in the kitchen and dining area. Please kindly turn off the power of all electrical equipments except the fridge when you are not in the house. Please clean your used cutlery and cookware so that other guests could use them again. Waste is collected on every Wednesday. Please help us place the 3 garbage bins on the kerbside at Tuesday night and place it back the next day once emptying.Thank you so much. Sometimes a guest might find it a bit noisy at night due to the traffic outside,especially when leaving the window open.We understand that everyone has a different level of sensitivity to noise.
