Seaspray Beach Villa is a quality smoke-free beachfront property with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms in a handy location, ideal for families visiting the island. View the surf breaking over the reef from inside the house or the mountains from the kitchen island. Bring your sand shoes and explore the reef at low tide. The beach is closest to the reef on this side of the island allowing easy access for reef walks. Follow the migration of hermit crabs in the evening or relax on the expansive deck. The space There is a 2 to 4 foot drop in some places from the deck..please keep an eye on toddlers & young children at all times & elderly guests. The beach is also close by and supervision would be required for young and elderly guests in case they fall on coral stones. We have insect screens on all windows and the ranch sliders and main door have screen doors. There are ceiling fans in the living room & dining area and pedestal fans in the bedrooms. There is plenty of ventilation with high exposed rafters , open plan living and being a beachfront property , there is usually a nice cool sea breeze. Bedroom walls do not go up to the ceiling offering good airflow, however this may not suit all as sound will carry. Guest access Free parking available on the property. Private access to the beach. We offer a breakfast starter pack including tea and coffee . Wifi available to use with prepaid data from Vodafone Cook Islands. A portable BBQ is available & outdoor BBQ table near the beach. Other things to note Arrival transfers can be arranged for you if needed and cost $25 per adult with flower eis (leis) or $20 per person without flowers. Children approx. half price. Guests can book their own departure transfers if needed, the contact details for the transfer driver can be found in the information book for guests at the house.
