Guest access Full use and access to the interior of the apartment along with the two outdoor common areas (within the gated complex) is only for guests registered within the AirBnB reservation. For the use of Common Areas and Outdoor Services you can use two excellent common areas of the residential complex: 1. Two swimming pools with the following features and schedules: - Adults: Max. Depth 1.60 meters. - Children: Max. Depth 0.40 meters (40 cm) only with the supervision of a responsible adult. + Mandatory use: - Everyone must wear a bathing cap and swimsuit (not included in the accommodation service; bring your own). - Infants must wear a bathing diaper. - Shower in the assigned area before entering the pool. + Prohibitions: - No smoking, eating or drinking. - Pets are not allowed. - Do not use accessories such as chains, necklaces, watches, among others. - People with wounds or bandages are not allowed. - Violent games and running are not allowed inside the area. 2. Basketball or micro-soccer court: - Children and young people under 15 years of age only with the supervision of a responsible adult. - Use of balls or sports equipment not included in the accommodation service; you must have your own. + Prohibitions: - No smoking, or drinking any type of alcoholic or intoxicating beverage. - Your accessories such as chains, necklaces, watches, among others are your responsibility. - Violent games are not allowed. 3. Use of the Parking Lot: - We will tell you the exact number and location of our private parking lot upon your arrival. - Park respecting the assigned lines. - Always follow the instructions from the security personnel. - Always respect the maximum allowed speed of 10 km/h. - The visitor parking lot is assigned by the security personnel of the complex and is subject to availability and internal security regulations. - Inform us in advance of the license plate and model of your vehicle for proper registration at the gate. - Always keep your vehicle's windows closed and doors secured, what's inside is solely your responsibility. - It is forbidden to generate noise with loud speakers, whistles and alarms. - There are no charging ports for electric or hybrid vehicles. 4. Trails and internal green areas of the gated complex. - Try not to use them since the surveillance personnel do not know you. 5. Outdoor sports area. - Outside the gated complex you can run (go jogging in the mornings) in the cycle route area next to the gated complex. Other things to note The complex does not have elevators.
