The accommodation is ideally located for activities in the south of Basse-Terre, such as: - Hike to the Soufrière, a rum tasting tour at the Boulogne factory, etc. You will also enjoy the first beach 6 minutes away by car (Rivière Sens Vieux-Fort). The space Located on the 2nd floor of a building classified as a historical monument, La Glacière. Every detail has been carefully thought out to create a pleasant atmosphere. The interior, tastefully and soberly decorated, is a real gem. You feel at home in this space, soothed by the elegance and comfort it exudes. With a capacity of up to 4 guests thanks to its two air-conditioned bedrooms, it is perfect for couples/friends, business travelers/remote workers, and hikers. On the first level, let yourself be dazzled by the natural light that floods the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will find a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, hob, coffee maker, refrigerator) that will allow you to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy in the dining room or outside. The first bedroom with private toilet, will offer you a real moment of peace and quiet because it faces a quiet street. The large windows in the living room invite you to enjoy the daylight, while the rays of the sunset promise you magical moments on the beautiful furnished terrace with its hot tub. Located upstairs, the master suite will not fail to seduce you. Imagine yourself working at your desk while admiring the sea and the cruise ships calling at the port right next door (November to May), or picture yourself unwinding in a relaxing bath with a spectacular view of the Soufrière from your BA. Guest access The entire home is available for your use, as well as the spa and private parking space, located at the bottom of the building. - For arrivals at scheduled times, there will be a person who will take care of your reception - Late arrivals (after 10 p.m.) will be done independently with the lockbox. Other things to note A security deposit of €400 will be requested from you 2 days before your arrival via the Swikly app. This is a bank authorization hold (no charge). The security deposit is automatically released after your departure if no damage is found.
