Paradiso di Nico an oasis with a pool near Verona

A charming country guesthouse, an oasis of tranquility nestled in a 4,000 square metre park with a private pool, flower garden and old olive trees. The fully independent ground-floor apartment (approximately 60 square metres) is located in my property and comprises a double bedroom with a fireplace, windows overlooking the park and a living room-kitchen with a double sofa bed. A porch with a pizza oven and barbecue is available. Covered parking is available. The property is securely fenced. The space Upon entering, on the left, we find the first cozy double bedroom with exposed beams. The bed and fireplace are arranged diagonally in a corner, both decorated with green Alpine marble. The bedroom overlooks the garden through a large window, with a view of the pool. Continuing, the second room on the left is the livingroom/kitchen: the kitchenette is on the right, equipped with an induction stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. The cupboard contains everything you need for cooking, including dishes, plates, glasses and pots. The electric oven is available under the porch near the apartment entrance. Opposite the sofa is the dining table, seating four, adjacent to a LED television. To the left of the sofa is a wardrobe for storing luggage. Wi-Fi is available. At the end of the entrance hallway, behind a bright mirrored sliding door, is a bathroom equipped with a sink, shower and bidet, complete with everything you need for a traveler's personal care needs. Along the hallway, next to the coat rack, is a closet with a safe for storing valuables. The entire residence overlooks a park with centuries-old olive trees and a variety of well-maintained vegetation. The pool area is equipped with loungers, umbrellas and a table and chairs.
