Nestled in a popular mountain hiking and ski touring area at 1300 m above sea level, our place is the perfect retreat for families, singles and groups. Take advantage of the proximity to breathtaking hiking trails and enjoy the idyllic nature around our house. We live here in the Styrian KRAKAU adjacent to Lungau/Salzburg. The space The apartment FREIRAUM W1 *** is our large, beautiful, modern apartment (81 m²) with everything you need for your vacation! This residential unit has 4 rooms and includes a *** large kitchen with full equipment and attention to detail! You will find plenty of dishes and accessories here. (oven, electric stove, fridge, freezer, toaster, dishwasher, hood, microwave, blender and much more. In the kitchen there is also a large dining table with space for at least 6 people! ***a living room with a cozy, pull-out sofa bed for 1-2 persons, (TV, reading corner, dresser, wardrobe, Wi-Fi in the entire unit) *** an extra bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed for wonderful sleep and ***a nice, warm bathroom with rain shower, washing area and separate toilet. W1 also includes *** a spacious terrace/balcony with exit to the parking lot and garden. Here you will find a seating area among the trees, a fire pit, and a meadow to relax! Guest access Our apartments are located on the semi-ground floor and have their own front door. For all guests of the apartments there is an area to read, chat, work or play! A small laundry room (washing machine, dryer and sink) is available right next door. This is very convenient if you come home dirty or have a longer stay with us! TIP: For larger families or groups of friends, there is the possibility to rent both adjacent apartments. You all live together on the semi-ground floor and have a self-contained unit! During your stay We maintain direct contact with our guests and are happy to provide information and answer questions for you!
