The space Orizzonte59 Apartment – comfort, tranquillity and lake view in Nago Bright 55 m² apartment in a hillside position with panoramic views, ideal for those seeking peace and a beautiful landscape. Located on the second floor, it features a fully equipped kitchen, living area, one doube bedroom, a windowed bathroom and two small balconies: Rear balcony, overlooking the rocky garden, accessible from the kitchen. Front balcony with lake view, equipped with a small table and two chairs, perfect for outdoor breakfasts or aperitifs. The equipped kitchen offers everything needed for short or long stays: oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, hand blender and a dining table with four chairs. A bright and welcoming living room with a three-seater sofa, a large sideboard, an open shelving unit and a modern wall system, creating a harmonious and comfortable atmosphere. Double bedroom with lake-facing window, double bed with 8 cm topper, wardrobe with luggage rack and external hanging rail. Windowed bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet, washing machine, courtesy set and hairdryer. Guest access HOURS – Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (in case of late arrival, access codes for the house and the apartment will be provided for a self check-in). Check-out by 11:00 a.m. Bed linen and towels are always included, as well as the final cleaning of the apartment, already covered in the total booking price. PARKING – The apartment offers 1 private outdoor parking space, free of charge, next to the house. If guests arrive with two cars, a second vehicle can be parked in the public spaces in front of the house; these spaces cannot be reserved and therefore are not guaranteed. ELECTRIC CHARGING – The property does not have an outdoor wall socket for charging electric cars. The nearest charging station is just 2 minutes away by car. TOURIST TAX – Tourist tax: €2/night/adult (14+), up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. The tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in. CHILDREN – Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available; please inform us in advance. PETS – Pets are not allowed. EXTRAS – Late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability and with an extra fee. Extra cleaning service during the stay: €60 per service. Extra change of bed linen or towels during the stay: €40 per change. Other things to note Guests may park their bicycles in our private garage, located at street level and equipped with remote-controlled access, automatic lighting and video surveillance, allowing you to store your equipment independently and securely. Nago offers numerous trekking routes in different directions, and the cycle path is very close to the apartment. In 25 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike you can reach Torbole, the lake and its shores. Nago is only 1 km from Torbole, 7 km from Arco and 5 km from Riva del Garda. In the immediate surroundings of the apartment you will find a small grocery/food store, a fruit and vegetable shop, three restaurant-pizzerias, a bike & food lounge bar and an ATM.
