The recently completed SanCarli apartment has 35 m², which feels large and modern. Everything is in one room and every part (sleeping area, kitchen and couch / TV) is separate. You live in a quiet area between San Agustin and Bahia Feliz, where you meet almost only friendly locals and some relaxed Germans. You can expect a double bed, a sofa bed and is therefore also suitable for a small family. The breathtaking sea view with palm trees, the direct access to the swimming pool and the beaches of Playa del Pirata and Playa del Águila will give you a real holiday feeling. You can use free WiFi access, a modern 55 inch smart TV (with Netflix, DAZN, Youtube, Amazon Prime etc.), an elevator and a community pool. The open kitchen with ceramic hob has a large fridge, an oven. a microwave and a dishwasher. A washer dryer, iron and hairdryer are also included. The supermarket GAMA and the car rental company Holiday Car are right in the house and are even open on Sundays. We speak German, Spanish, English and French. See you :-)
