The space Welcome! Each studio and apartment features an open-plan layout that seamlessly integrates the sleeping, dining, and kitchen areas. Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in a comfortable queen-size, single, or sofa bed with premium linens, unwind with two flat-screen TVs, and share meals at a cozy dining table. The well-equipped kitchenette includes all the essentials for preparing home-cooked meals: an electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, cookware, and utensils. The modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, an electric towel warmer, and complimentary toiletries to ensure a pleasant and carefree stay. All units are professionally cleaned before each visit for your peace of mind. Each apartment is located at street level and features a private entrance for your privacy and convenience. The units do not have windows, but they are fitted with a mechanical ventilation system to keep the air fresh inside the accommodation. As they are at street level, there may be some noise. Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit. During your stay We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure guests’ stay is as smooth, pleasant, and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should guests need any assistance during their stay. Other things to note There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, although guests may smoke in outdoor spaces if available. If our team discovers evidence of a breach of this rule, such as smoke smell, ashes, or cigarette butts, we reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking penalty of €200. Public areas, sidewalks, and exterior spaces may not be used, disturbed, or occupied, and furniture or any furnishings, chairs, household items, or other elements must not be removed from the property or placed outside. Out of respect for coexistence, behaviours that disturb public order, create noise, or affect cleanliness are prohibited. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the stay.
