It is located in a quiet area of Katavati road, just a 5-minute walk (750m) to the busy cafes and restaurants of Apollonia village. Our house offers offers relaxing sea and mountains views, a lovely pool and all modern amenities including fast Starlink internet. The space Welcome to our cosy villa in Sifnos, a boutique Cycladic design house of our family. It has plenty of space to accommodate up to 6 persons. Our villa is 750m or within a 5 min walking distance to Apollonia village shops, cafes, nightlife and restaurants. You will enjoy the whole property including the private pool* and parking.** (please read the remarks) with all modern amenities and fast internet with our Starlink installed internet wifi. Our house consists of: - A master bedroom on the top floor with a big terrace, great sea view into the Aegean sea, a workstation desk and it's own bathroom/shower. - A guest bedroom on the ground floor with pool view, two single beds (can be attached into 1 double) and it's own bathroom/shower. - Two more adults can sleep in the spacious living room, as we have two convertible sofas, that turn into very comfortable beds to accommodate 2 more adults and one child. - Fast and free internet with Starlink Internet and SmartTV/GoogleTV to connect and view your favorite films. - All rooms enjoy A/C units (air-conditioned rooms) - An open plan kitchen with all electrical devices to enjoy your coffee, tea, toast and breakfast, a house fridge, dishwasher, a standard oven and a microwave oven.
