House with a view of the Bauges

New house located in the charming village of Gruffy at the entrance to the Bauges massif. Ideally located for visiting the area: 20 min from Annecy, 30 min from Aix les Bains and Lake Bourget, 20 min from Semnoz, 30 min from Lake Feclaz or Mageriaz. From the house you have an unobstructed view to the west. This is our main residence, we leave at your disposal our books, children's games (boys 3 and 5 years old) The space The house is composed on the ground floor of the living room/open kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom (shower), separate toilet and a terrace with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 shared space with a double bed and 1 bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet)
