Directly in the village, Former Ski Club, restored &renovated. Steps to restaurants, rec ctr, golf, Village green, scenic train station, coffee, shopping, skating, SACO RIVER, snow shoeing, hiking, kayaking, adventure parks, skiing, story land, etc. all nearby. Cozy bed with electric fireplace. The pricing is for 1 bedroom with private entrance and you will have the space to yourself. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS, EVENTS, PETS without approval. I prefer to book the whole house and offer smaller rentals to fill gaps. I will ask that you keep to your space and trust that you do not use other parts of the house, no additional guests, no events. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK Peak TIMES/HOLIDAYS ALL weekends more than 2 weeks out. You will have your own space with a fully equipped kitchen, bath, living room, laundry. You also have access to the yard, outside tables, grill, fire pit and hot tub (this outside space/hot tub may be SHARED IF THE OTHER 2 BEDROOM LOCK OFF IS ALSO RENTED with it's own private entrance). PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL and agreement to our pet policy. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee. Pricing is for 1 bedroom with a king bed and for 2 guests. We can add an additional bedroom for an additional fee. You will have your own space, no other guests in your apartment/side of the house and will have your private entrance. If the other side of the house/unit is booked as well, you may potentially share yard/grill, fire pit, hot tub, if the other side. Directly in the village We also have another apartment on the other side of the house. If that is booked as well, we just ask that your group be respectful of them and keep the noise in the building down. Our property doesn’t have charging capabilities for electric vehicles however you may be able to use the outdoor outlet. Please make sure to get our approval prior so we can monitor in case of any issues and the fee will be $15/night. Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we cannot guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. We may have to charge a $25 fee to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedule. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.
