House Rules • No parties or events are permitted. • Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. • Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the property. Your full deposit will be taken if this rule is breached. • Lost access or lock call-outs may incur a replacement fee. • Normal wear and tear is never charged, and every situation is assessed fairly and reasonably.
