The space The apartment, approximately 80 square meters in size, extends over two floors, but is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The ground floor comprises a kitchen, living and dining room, and a toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and gallery. The spacious kitchen is superbly equipped with a dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and cooking utensils. Your first coffee or tea will be provided immediately upon arrival. There is a living and dining room with a dining area, sofa, and TV (including a Fire TV Stick). On the mezzanine, there is a desk with a monitor for working, as well as a play area for children. A high chair and a stool are available in the apartment. The inviting bathroom features a large shower and a bathtub. A washing machine and dryer are also located here. Guest access The front door of the holiday apartment and the outdoor seating area are located on the south side of the house. The landlords' front door is right next to it. There is a key box next to the front door. The code will be sent by email shortly before arrival. The car can be parked free of charge at the roadside. Other things to note We live in a quiet residential area on the edge of the nature reserve and hope that everyone will treat each other, the property and nature with respect. In Öschingen there is a self-service shop open daily from 5 am to 11 pm, a farm shop run by a local farm, and a butcher shop. Everything else can be found in Mössingen, 4 km away. Besides numerous hiking opportunities on the edge of the Swabian Alps, Öschingen also offers a fantastic forest swimming pool.
