Six beautifully designed cottages sit gracefully around a lush courtyard, each one echoing the warmth and charm of a Balinese retreat. The space Airbnb allows bookings for up to 16 guests; however, the villa can accommodate up to 20 guests. Any guests above 16 will be charged an additional per-adult fee over and above the Airbnb booking price. In case of additional rooms you can message the host. The rooms are spacious and earthy, filled with natural light and soft textures that invite you to unwind. Wake up to the soft glow of sunlight spilling into your cottage and the sound of birds greeting the morning. Begin with a leisurely swim in the pool or sip your coffee on the verandah, surrounded by the earthy calm of Bali-inspired architecture. By afternoon, stretch out on the lawn, read under the shade, or enjoy an indulgent meal in the gazebo overlooking the water. As the day eases into evening, step out to explore Karjat’s scenic trails, hidden waterfalls, and ancient caves—each corner offering a glimpse of nature’s artistry. Return just in time for sunset, with lanterns flickering softly and the sky mirrored in the pool, closing your day in a hush of quiet contentment. THE SPACE Bedroom (1-3) This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes a king-size bed, AC, TV, Wi-Fi and a single mattress. Ensuite Bathroom. BATHROOMS There are 3 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. LAWN There is a 15000 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. It can accommodate up to 50 people at any given time. POOL There is a shared pool. The pool is 12ft x 30ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. Guest access Guests have access to their bedroom and shared spaces. Other things to note - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire setup is available at an additional of Rs. 3000, per session. - Al fresco dining is available at an additional cost of Rs. 5000, per night - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
