This modern loft in the middle of nature is designed for those looking for a getaway away from the city, without noise and private. The space Welcome to your ideal retreat to disconnect. This modern 24 m² tiny cabin has been designed to offer a relaxing, comfortable experience and connection with the natural environment. Enjoy minimalist architecture with large windows overlooking a native garden in formation and natural light all day. The space features a queen-size bed, a work desk/island table, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, two outdoor fire pit areas, and a small terrace for relaxing at sunset. We are in Buin in a town called Linderos, a few minutes by car from the most recognized vineyards in the area such as: • Viña Santa Rita • Viña Carmen • Viña Concha y Toro •. Viña Pérez Cruz • Viña Counsiño Macul And also a 15-minute drive from the Monticello casino. You can also visit local restaurants and vineyards. Some standards: Events: Events, celebrations, or meetings with more people than those registered in the reservation are not allowed. Personal photography: Taking photos and recording content for social media is allowed as long as only registered guests are involved. Professional use of the space: The property may not be used as a location for photo sessions or recordings for advertising, commercial or professional purposes. (You can ask about this service) Smoking: Smoking is only allowed outdoors and in designated areas; smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Important: Public transportation is slow. To get there you need a car or Uber. The road is safe and easily accessible, with free parking on site. Guest access Full property, privacy. Fireplace area and outdoor areas. Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. It overlooks the mountain range. You can tour the area on a trail overlooking a forest and vineyards. There is a bakery 1 minute walk away and a Unimarc supermarket, pharmacies, and a health center 2 km away. The Santa Rita vineyard is a 4-minute drive away.
