The space The accommodation is located in Seyne-les-Alpes, 25 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon, 10 minutes from Montclar-les-2-Vallées resort and 20 minutes from Chabanon resort. This spacious 76 m2 duplex apartment, recently completely renovated, in duplex (3rd and 4th/last floor) and in the corner of the building, has 6 beds in three single bedrooms. In detail: on the first level a bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom (with shower, toilet, washing machine and towel rail), a separate kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a balcony with mountain views; upstairs, a large landing/mezzanine with desk, a bedroom (1 double bed), a bedroom (2 single beds) and separate toilet. This bright, pleasant and comfortable accommodation offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking on site. During the summer, it is an ideal place to escape the heat, thanks to the altitude (1,100 m; when most of France is experiencing a heat wave, daytime temperatures rarely go above 30 degrees, and nighttime temperatures are generally around 12 degrees), the fact that the apartment has windows on both sides (so it is easy to create a draft, and the heat can escape through the windows and the Velux window on the upper floor), the orientation of the apartment (northeast, so you are in the shade from 11 a.m.), and its location on the upper floors of the building, which often provides a light breeze. You can enjoy a splendid view of the mountains of La Blanche from the balcony and the main windows, in a quiet location that remains close to the center of a small town and its shops (bakery, market twice a week, a few café-bars/restaurants, tourist office, bike rental, pharmacy, supermarket 1 km away, etc.).
