On the other side, you’ll find Colomb Beach, a quieter and more peaceful stretch of coastline, ideal for relaxed walks and enjoying beautiful sunset views. Our location makes everything easy and convenient. Cafes, bars, grocery stores, fruit shops, and yoga centres are all within walking distance, so you can explore freely without worrying about transport. At Casa de Palmora, we aim to offer more than just a place to stay. We focus on comfort, simplicity, and the little details that travellers truly need while away from home. As travellers ourselves, we understand how important it is to feel relaxed, comfortable, and cared for and that’s exactly what we try to create here. Guest access We may be physically available at the property during check-in to personally hand over the keys and collect ID proof. If we’re not available in person, we’ll share clear self check-in instructions, including the door lock access details. In that case, you can share your photo ID via email or any convenient mode for verification. Throughout your stay, we’re always just a call or text away and happy to assist with anything you may need to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. Other things to note Housekeeping & Property Care Daily cleaning is provided for the common areas of the property. If you would like your apartment to be cleaned on a day-to-day basis, we can arrange this for a small additional charge. If you prefer not to opt for daily cleaning, we kindly request you to keep your trash separated (dry and wet) and place it outside the door each morning between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of the property. Any damage to the apartment or facilities during the stay will be chargeable and must be settled during the stay. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: From 2:00 PM (14:00) Check-out: By 10:30 AM We kindly request guests to check out on time. In case of a late check-out without prior approval, an hourly charge of 25% of the daily tariff will apply, calculated accordingly. As our staff have limited working hours, timely check-out helps us prepare the apartment properly for our next guests. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
