Very nice traditional Périgord set located in Maillac, a quiet but not isolated hamlet of the Périgord Noir. Close to shops, restaurants, and Belvès (ranked among the most beautiful villages in France). The house is located between the golden triangle of Périgord Noir (Sarlat 30 km away), the Dordogne Valley and its many castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, etc.) and the country of Bastides (Monpazier, Beaumont, etc.). Golf, many leisure activities and tourist places nearby. The space Set composed of: - a main house for 4/7 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/WC, and a large living room with living room, large equipped kitchen and dining room. - a guest house for 4/5 people with 2 bedrooms and a small bedroom for baby/child, a bathroom/toilet, a main room with living room, kitchen and dining room. - an independent room "la Bergerie" with a shower room/toilet The complex is located in the middle of a large 2,000 m2 fenced garden with a swimming pool (unheated) 8 m x 4 m equipped with sun loungers. A laundry room with a water point, washing machine and dryer, drying racks, iron, fridge/freezer and some household products are available. Guest access: Guests have access to all the houses.
