A relaxing house with sitting and dining room and with a large kitchen with lovely views of the chiltern hills. The downstairs also has a separate laundry room together with a downstairs bathroom. On the first floor the property comprises of 3 bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. All bedrooms have access to an upstairs bathroom. We have an extra sofa bed downstairs to accommodate an additional sleep. We are planning to add more sleeping arrangement downstairs by September 2026. The space The property is a 3 bed semi with a front drive that can accomodate 3 cars and larger longer wheel base vans. The property also has access to a relaxing private back garden with lovely views of the chiltern hills. Guests have access to private outdoor seating with outdoor lighting at the back of the property to enjoy in the evenings. The property is located in High Wycombe and with easy access to local tourist spots and located 20 mins away from Heathrow Airport and minutes away for accessing the M4 and M40. We welcome all guests from individuals, families to business/corporate workers, the property is ideal for relaxing or even using as a dedicated workspace. All guests will have access to super fast Wi-Fi. Both double bedrooms have dedicated workspaces and small foldable desk available for use downstairs.
