Moy retreat - great for BPW and Taff Trail!

Good sized 3 bed house in the quiet village of Aberfan. 10 minutes drive from Bike Park Wales. Right next to the Taff trail. Own drive way. Welcome to my much loved house in Aberfan. I purchased this with my ex-husband after many trips to BPW Wales, planning to let it out then retire in 20 years or so! Nothing has changed except I now have no husband (yay)! Improvements ongoing which is reflected in price. Pets are welcome at £25 per pet. Please make sure to clean up after them! The space This is a good size, 3 bedroom house with a rear extension. The living area is 2 rooms knocked through providing a lovely open space with ample room. The kitchen has work surfaces a plenty, with microwave, hob, oven and air-fryer. There is a utility area with additional sink, washer/dryer and dishwasher. There are 3 bathrooms, all with a full size (or bigger!) shower, and all 3 can run at the same time. The house is well loved but it is little rough and ready - this will only improve over time and the current price is reflective of this. I call this character or quirky! 😂I’m going for a home from home feel rather than high end and impersonal! I’ve added and continue to add little touches of my personality. The outside area is small and not secure, and there is currently no access to the lower garden due to steep stairs. There are 3 ring cameras in the exterior of the property, covering both entrances and the driveway; you can be temporarily added to the Ring app if wanted so you can keep an eye on your vehicle. Any and all constructive feedback is welcome - I want to make this a wonderful place for all who stay, myself included! Join me on this journey! Other things to note The village is very quiet with only 1 pub, 2 shops, 1 takeaway and a leisure centre. You'll feel away from it all but only be 15 mins drive to Merthyr town centre which has countless shops, supermarkets etc.
