Renovated second story 1 bedroom condo - granite counter-tops, full sized shower, queen in the bedroom. If you require late arrival, please contact me before booking to discuss parking. Thank you. The space What sets this place apart are the views and location. Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy panoramic views and sunsets. The condo is walking distance to Dillon Marina, Marina Tiki bar, Dillon City Park, and the popular City Amphitheater. Take advantage of bike trails expanding from Keystone to Frisco and Breckenridge. Enjoy a sail or pontoon boat rental from Dillon or Frisco Marina, and then relax to a open-air concert at the Dillon Amphitheater as the sun sets in the background. Barbecue at the property picnic area, or at the Dillon City Park adjoining the playground and amphitheater complex. The town of Frisco offers window-shopping with an old town feel and has an outdoor museum with historic buildings - free and fun to explore. Dillon hosts a farmers market Fridays 9-2 from June to September. Silverthorne is home to a huge outlet mall; Breckenridge is Breckenridge. This is a long term rental. While the condo is thoroughly stocked, the expectation is that you will have to eventually resupply basic amenities. If you desire a mid month cleaning and linen service, this is available for $100. I require a history with Airbnb with favorable ratings to book long term stays. Pets: I sincerely apologize, but this unit does not allow pets (HOA guidelines). Please do not ask for an exception, this policy is for several reasons, some that are out of my control. To find a place that allows pets, select more filters, house rules and select “Pets allowed”. Again, my apologies. This unit, like most single bedroom units in Dillon is about 550 sqft. and designed for 2. This unit comes with one parking pass. This unit does not have A/C. This unit is part of a complex and so therefore you might hear noise from the neighbors - although I would consider it minimal. Please read the amenities section - this unit does not have cable or broadcast TV but does include a Netflix account and you are welcome to log in to your own Hulu, Amazon, Pandora, etc account for entertainment. Guest access The condo has key-less entry. The code and parking information will be forwarded to you prior to your arrival. This unit shares a common entryway (unit 21) but a lockable access point - apartment A on your left after entering. Please review "Other details to note" for details on parking. Other things to note This is a long term rental. While the condo is thoroughly stocked, the expectation is that you will have to eventually resupply basic amenities. If you desire a mid month cleaning and linen service, this is available for $100. This unit comes with one parking pass. Parking includes the spaces around the entire L shaped condo complex. Yacht Club Condos are first come first serve parking. Parking often runs out after 7PM - especially on Friday and Saturday nights. For this reason, I caution against late arrivals. I also recommend Uber for going out late at night. Overflow parking is available 1/2 mile away in Dillon lettered public overflow lots. I know this is a bummer and I'm sorry. There is a $50.00 fee for lost or missing parking passes. Bikes - bikes are best stored under the entryway stairs with a long chain or cable. I do this all the time and it works great. The Washer and Dryer are coin operated in the central building - instructions are in the welcome binder in the condo.
