It was designed with a lot of love for detail to ensure you have an unforgettable stay. The heart of the apartment is the open-plan living and dining area overlooking Lake Constance. The fully equipped, elegant kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The bright living room, with its stylish sofa bed (sleeps 2), invites you to relax after a day of adventure. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests: - Large bedroom: A comfortable retreat for 2 with a large double bed, a 43" Smart TV, and plenty of storage space. - Small bedroom: Sleeps 2 people and has plenty of storage space, a bookshelf, and a small play area for children. - Living room: 55" smart TV; the comfortable sofa bed provides an additional sleeping option for 2 people. - Modern bathroom: Equipped with a large rainfall shower, a sink with plenty of counter space, and a hairdryer. The large balcony offers enough space to end the day together – whether over a glass of wine or with a view of the priceless sunsets over Lake Constance. There is insect protection on every window, and there are two air conditioners in the apartment. Our bed linens and towels are hotel-quality. A welcome package with coffee and tea awaits you. Guest access For your comfort and privacy, the entire accommodation is available for your exclusive use. - Entire apartment: You have complete access to the entire 3.5-room apartment, including the private balcony. - Self-check-in: Convenient self-check-in with a keybox allows you to arrive flexibly - Elevator: The building is equipped with an elevator, which makes it easier for you to access the apartment. There are then 7 steps from the elevator to the apartment. - Laundry room: In the laundry room, you have your own washing machine and your own dryer (black appliances) at your disposal. - Bicycle room: You can use a shared bicycle room in the building. The work will take place on weekdays from approximately 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. From August 4, 2026, until approximately September 11, 2026, renovation work will be carried out on the roof of the house in which the apartment is located, which will result in disturbances and noise emissions.
