The space Each room at the villa is thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay and comes with a private bathroom, a king-size bed, and air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped for guests who would like to cook during their stay. Guests may also conveniently order meals from nearby cafés and restaurants. The sitting place is equipped with 2 floor beds and 1 sofa cum bed (double). Guest access We want our guests to have a relaxed, enjoyable, and memorable stay. At the same time, we request everyone to kindly respect the property, the caretakers, and the neighbourhood. 1. The property is best suited for staycations, family get-togethers, photoshoots, and small private celebrations. 2. A sound system is available inside the villa for gatherings or events. 3. BBQ facilities are available at the property. Charcoal can also be arranged on a chargeable basis. 4. Bonfire arrangements can be made available at an additional charge. 5. RO drinking water is available for guest use. Mineral water can also be arranged on actual cost, if required. 6. Caretakers are available at the property to assist with basic requirements and to look after the premises. 7. Our caretakers are like family to us, and we request guests to treat them with kindness and respect. They are available to assist you during your stay. 8. Shoots, events, parties, or commercial use of the property are subject to different commercials than those displayed on Airbnb. Kindly discuss the details with the management in advance. 9. Outside caterers, decorators, bartenders, musicians, DJs, or any third-party vendors are subject to prior management approval and may attract a maintenance charge. 10. Underage drinking, narcotics, illegal activities, and late-night outside visitors are strictly not permitted at the property. 11. Please note that there is a police station close to the property.
