Here you will find a state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances, a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, coffee machine and everything you need for cooking. The adjoining dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals or cosy game evenings. In the living room, a large sofa invites you to relax. A smart TV with streaming services and fast Wi-Fi (fibre optic) are available for entertainment and work. Bedrooms & retreats: Three tastefully furnished bedrooms offer space for restful nights: – Large bedroom: equipped with a comfortable double bed, a cosy seating area and a hanging chair – ideal for relaxing and switching off. – Second bedroom: cheerfully furnished and equipped with a double bed, it offers a quiet atmosphere for relaxing nights. – Small bedroom: features a high-quality double sofa bed that can be converted into a comfortable double bed if required – ideal for children, teenagers or additional guests. Baths: The modern bathroom has a spacious bathtub, a separate walk-in rain shower, washbasin, mirror and towel radiator. For additional comfort, there is also a separate guest toilet. Guest access Outdoor area – private garden for recreation & play A special highlight is the large, private garden. Whether you want to relax in the countryside, barbecue or play with the children – here you will find the perfect place for it. For the little guests, the garden offers a sandbox as well as a slide and swing. A private and fenced parking lot with up to 4 parking spaces right in front of the house ensures that you can arrive and depart comfortably at any time without having to worry about parking. Other things to note Location – quiet & central at the same time The house is located in a quiet residential area of Memmingen. The train station, shopping, restaurants and the historic old town of Memmingen are within walking distance in a few minutes. From Memmingen there are also good train connections to Ulm, Munich, Lindau and Oberstdorf. Memmingerberg Airport is also not far away.
