The house in the park

Relax with family or friends in this house overlooking the park and with a beautiful view of the Apuan Alps. The accommodation is located about 1 km from the equipped beaches and a free, easily accessible by bicycle or on foot in 15 minutes. Within walking distance you will find: bars, markets, pharmacies and bakeries. You can visit Liguria and Tuscany: the ancient city of Luni, the marble quarries of Carrara, Lerici and Tellaro, Sarzana, Portovenere, the Cinque Terre, Portofino, Lucca, Pisa and more. The space The accommodation, with an open view of the park, is located on the second floor and is accessible via an external staircase that leads to the private entrance on the balcony. On the same level there are two double bedrooms, one with a small terrace, a bathroom and a living area with a kitchenette. From the living room, a wooden staircase leads to the attic with a comfortable double sofa bed, a second bathroom, and a large terrace of 20 square meters. For the little ones, a camping bed can be requested. All three bedrooms are equipped with the latest generation of air conditioning. In the kitchen, a coffee machine with pods, a dishwasher, and an air fryer are available for guests. Guest access CHILDREN UP TO 6 YEARS OLD STAY FREE OF CHARGE. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms and is prepared according to the number of guests, to ensure comfort and optimal management of the spaces: Up to 2 guests → 1 room Up to 4 guests → 2 rooms Up to 6 guests → 3 bedrooms Unused rooms will remain closed. The attic floor with terrace is made available only for reservations for a fifth or sixth guest. If you love running or walking, the large Tenuta di Marinella estate is located a short distance away and offers trails surrounded by nature. In front of the house, in addition to the park, there is a sports center, equipped with tennis courts, beach volleyball, beach tennis, swimming pool with slide and bar. Luni Mare is a small, quiet neighborhood that is strategically located between Liguria and Tuscany. This will allow you to reach the city, the hills, and the sea: Lerici, San Terenzo and the Gulf of Poets, the famous Carrara marble quarries, Lucca, Pisa, Portovenere, Portofino, Cinque Terre, Forte dei Marmi, the beautiful Sarzana and Pietrasanta, enchanting Tellaro and the village of Nicola... All of this less than an hour from home! You can reach the clear bays of Liguria through the trails if you love trekking or rent a dinghy or take an organized tour on the boats departing from Carrara or Lerici.
