SLEEP The Stationhouse comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms. • Master bedroom with luxurious king bed, study nook and wall projector for cosy movie nights in bed. • Bedroom 2 with queen bed and garden views. • Bedroom 3 with queen bed overlooking the parklands. All beds are professionally made with premium linen for a restful night's sleep. A portacot and highchair are available upon request for little travellers. SPACES TO RELAX The home offers two separate living areas, giving everyone space to unwind. The much-loved Library Room features an extensive book collection and record player with an eclectic vinyl selection and is the perfect spot to slow down after a day exploring the Limestone Coast. The open plan living and dining area includes comfortable seating for everyone, plus a Smart TV with Netflix and Disney+ ready to go. FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN The kitchen includes: • Oven and gas cooktop • Dishwasher • Nespresso pod machine • Breakfast essentials including cereals, tea, coffee pods, sugar, olive oil, milk and pantry basics Fresh coffee, baked goods and artisan bread are available just across the road six days a week. The home also includes complimentary WiFi and a Bluetooth speaker for your favourite playlists or vinyl sessions. BATHROOM After a day of exploring, soak in the beautiful clawfoot bath or enjoy a hot shower before settling in for the evening. A washing machine and laundry nook are also available for guest use. COMFORT ALL YEAR ROUND Panel heaters in every bedroom and a large split-system air conditioner in the living area ensure year-round comfort, whatever the season. OUTDOORS Enjoy your morning coffee on the front veranda overlooking the parklands or gather around the outdoor dining setting after a day of sightseeing. Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply where there is evidence of pets on furniture, excessive pet hair or odours inside the home, uncollected droppings in the yard, or any damage resulting from pets during the stay. Other things to note ### Other details to note • The Stationhouse is a fully private, standalone home with no shared spaces or adjoining walls. • Guests have access to a secure, fully fenced backyard and gated off-street parking for up to three vehicles. • A second toilet is located outside near the entertaining area and is accessed via the rear verandah. • The rear shed is reserved for owner use and is not accessible to guests. • Families travelling with young children are welcome, with a portacot and highchair available upon request. • We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs, subject to our pet house rules. • As local hosts located just 10 minutes away, we are nearby should you need assistance during your stay while still ensuring you enjoy complete privacy. The Stationhouse makes an ideal base for exploring the Limestone Coast, including the Blue Lake, Umpherston Sinkhole, caves, beaches and local wineries.
