It is the perfect refuge for those who want to disconnect but without giving up the convenience of reaching the pearls of the Veneto region in a few minutes: Venice, Treviso and Padua and many other characteristic villages The space The house is distinguished by its large volumes including, on the upper floor, a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a single bedroom, a large living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a second bathroom/laundry room and a bright veranda: the ideal place for a regenerating breakfast or to read a book surrounded by natural light. The private garden is another strong point of the house, with a Dining Area, with an outdoor table with an umbrella for lunches in the fresh air, with sounds of nature to keep you company and also a Barbecue for some nice grills. Guest access Access to the house is reserved for people who are registered at check-in. It is also possible to arrive easily by plane or car: Treviso Airport is also only 13 minutes away, as is the Martellago-Scorzè highway exit less than 10 km away. There is no accommodation tax as it is not applied by the Municipality of Zero Branco. Other things to note The location is strategic with Veneto at your fingertips: staying here means having maximum flexibility: • Treviso (14 km | 20 min): Perfect for a tour of the exhibitions, an aperitif in Pescheria or a gastronomic itinerary with the famous Tiramisu. • Venice (33 Km | 30 min), reachable by car or train • Art and History: Just 26 minutes from Castelfranco Veneto (the city of Giorgione) and 44 minutes from Padua with numerous villages in the area • Cycling routes (Ostiglia Cycle Path) and food and wine routes (Radicchio di Treviso, Sagra Peperone, Asparago Bianco) • ⁠Thermal baths: close to the thermal baths of Abano or Montegrotto (50 minutes), as well as about an hour from the seaside resorts of the Venetian coast.
