Guests can choose from two-room apartments that accommodate 3 people, available on either the first or second floor in the "APOLLO" model. Each apartment features a living area with a single bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom equipped with a shower, creating a cozy environment to relax in after a day spent exploring the area or enjoying the sun on the beach. Additionally, parking is free and shared among the guests of the Residence. Various amenities are provided, including barbecues, laundry facilities, and an iron, to make the stay even more comfortable. Please note that the use of washing machines requires a fee. For those wishing to spend time on the beach, the Riva Mare Residence offers a beach service for a fee at Rivamare Beach, a public beach equipped and located 350 meters away. Even though the area is primarily peaceful without specific attractions for young people, there is a nature reserve and a forest nearby to explore. Each apartment also has a furnished outdoor terrace, perfect for relaxing in the open air with a table and garden chairs, completing the stay experience in this idyllic setting near the sea.
