Nestled between the Havel and the garden city, our 120-year-old fisherman's house impresses with its maritime flair, its far-reaching history and all sorts of things worth seeing in the immediate vicinity. The philosophy of the renovation in 2015 was to upgrade the house as ecologically and sustainably as possible. Thus, the interior was built almost exclusively with clay and wood. The existing furnishings were also refurbished and reused. The garden is natural. Other things to note Since the house is ecologically developed, it does not meet the standards of a new building or hotels. The same applies to the garden, which is natural and shows itself in the respective seasonal guise. Since you are entering our very private realm here, signs of wear and tear in the house are also to be expected. We are not a hotel business and therefore cannot meet certain requirements. The standard for order and cleanliness is our own requirements. No basic cleaning is carried out in the house, which means you do not pay for it. It is handed over as we leave it in a clean but used condition. The property does not have its own water access!
