The space This modern, detached studio is thoughtfully designed for short stays, work trips, or simply as a quiet place to recharge. The open-plan living area features a comfortable Queen bed, outfitted with three-layer commercial linen and complete mattress protection for a restful night's sleep. You'll find everything you need for a convenient stay, including: * A modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and complimentary EcoStore guest products. * A compact kitchenette with a cooktop and microwave. * A washer/dryer combo. * Air conditioning for year-round comfort. * Free 5G Wi-Fi and a Smart TV (please bring your own streaming accounts). For your peace of mind, the studio is also equipped with fire safety equipment and a first-aid kit. Guest access You will have completely private access to the entire detached studio via a smart lock for a seamless self-check-in experience. The entrance is located off the quiet Railway Lane. Please note, the access path includes both steps and a ramp. If you have any mobility concerns, please let us know when booking. Other things to note * Security: For the safety of our guests and property, an external security camera is installed, monitoring entry areas only. * Guest Verification: All guests must provide a photo ID and complete a short guest agreement before check-in. First-time guests are also required to complete a selfie verification. * Security Hold: A $150 off-portal security hold applies to all first-time guests. This is waived for our valued returning guests. * Check-In: Check-in details are provided once the verification process is complete. All required information must be submitted before 5 pm the day before your arrival. * Check-In/Out Times: Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
