Our place is located along the Lian-Calatagan highway which makes it accessible to the best beaches and attractions in Lian and Calatagan, Batangas. It has a spacious parking space in front and opens to a swimming pool and garden at the back. Our villa is fully air-conditioned and can sleep up to 15-20 pax. We have hot and cold shower, strong wi-fi connection, a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue grill, a garden swing and a modern videoke. We arrange beach tours upon request by our guests. The space - Parking can fit 4-8 cars - There are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms downstairs and a spacious loft upstairs. - Guests are encouraged to bring their own towels (we charge Php 50 per towel) and personal effects like tissue paper, soap and shampoo - There are 15 separate beds and additional 5 mattresses upon request. - There are 3 toilet and showers (all with water heater), 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs. - The dining area has 2 long tables with benches - The property has a standby power generator (24/7 brownout free) - Free use of all amenities including gasul and mineral water. Guest access All spaces are open to guests except for the housing for the pool pump and power generator and the caretaker quarters within the property. Other things to note RESORT RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Guests shall observe and heed all safety precautions and warning signs issued by the management within the resort premises. 2. Food and drinks are allowed to be brought into the premises of the Resort. No corkage fees required. Condiments, coffee, cooking ingredients and other consumables are not provided by Host. No food is allowed to be brought inside the bedrooms and in the swimming pool. 3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and enclosed areas. 4. Check out time must be strictly observed. Otherwise, a penalty will be imposed. Guests must ensure to take all of their personal belongings and ensure that all used plates, glasses and other kitchen tools and utensils are washed and cleaned before leaving. 5. The use of proper swimwear is recommended in the swimming pool. There is no time restriction on the use of the pool. Children under 10 years of age must be supervised by an adult guest in and around the pool area at all times. Depth of the adult pool is 4.5 feet while kiddie pool is 2.5 feet. 6. The Resort, its officers, and employees shall not be held responsible or liable for any death, injury, damage, or loss incurred by the Guests. 7. The Guests are requested to use the Resort equipment and facilities with proper care. Any damage caused due to the fault or negligence of the Guests shall be charged to their account. 8. The Resort has parking spaces allotted for its guests. The resort assumes no liability for any loss and/or damages to the vehicles parked therein and to the valuables left inside the vehicles. 9. Guests are obliged to make an effort to keep the surroundings clean. Guests should refrain from throwing rubbish anywhere other than the strategically located trash bins. 10. Pets are allowed in the resort (subject to fee unless waived by management) but are not allowed to swim in the pool. Damage caused to the Resort by such pets shall be for the account of the Guests. 11. At the request of Guests, the resort may arrange motor vehicles, boats or floating cottages for the guests. These transports are not affiliated with the Resort and the Resort shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury cause by or on occasion of their use. 12. Guests however are expected to behave in a manner not disruptive to the peace of the community. 13. The possession and use of firearms and deadly weapons are strictly prohibited in the premises of the resort. 14. The use of illegal drugs and substances, verbal and physical abuse, illegal sexual behavior and other unlawful activities are strictly prohibited. The resort management reserves the right to request misbehaving guest/s to leave the premises of the Resort.
