A steep winding gravel road takes you to breathtaking heights with exquisite views over Waitomo Valley. You will find your own private 30sqm tiny home that is well appointed with a full kitchen. There is a deck to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The resident highland cattle, chickens, dogs and cats are friendly and add to the experience. The home is off grid with solar power and filtered rainwater. The space In the tiny home, you'll find a bedroom with a queen sized bed and built in wardrobe and drawers. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, freestanding gas stove and oven as well as cookware, dishes and cutlery. There is coffee and tea as well as an assortment of spreads. The cozy lounge has a loveseat and a tv that has some local streaming services. There is a wood fire to keep warm in winter. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and mirror. Guest access You have full use of the tiny home as well as the attached deck which gets all day sun. Other things to note The property is up on a hilltop and therefore the gravel road is steep to reach the property. The view at the top is absolutely worth it. Please note this is strictly for up to two guests. No additional guests are permitted. The property is in the country and there are a number of animals fenced and unfenced living on the property. There are friendly dogs and cats that roam the property freely as well as a few free range chickens. There are highland cattle that you may be able to interact with depending on which paddock they are in on the day.
