Cozy, functional and perfectly equipped T2, at the foot of the Carroz slopes (Grand Massif) offering unobstructed views of the Pointe d'Areu! 🏔️ Sleeps 4, ski locker, full kitchen (raclette included), washing machine/dishwasher. Everything on foot. The perfect spot to enjoy the mountain, winter and summer. The apartment has been refurbished, fully equipped with quality materials. The space Cozy T2 at the foot of the slopes (Les Rhodos residence – Building B, 1st floor), ideal for 2 to 4 guests. We come here to ski, hike and relax in the evening. Bedroom: 2 beds 80 × 200 (twin or 160 × 200 depending on configuration), generous storage, desk area, shutters/blackout curtains. Living room: 160×200 sofa bed, TV + box, coffee table. Dining area: wooden table, 2 benches + 2 chairs. Equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, oven, induction cooktop, hood, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso + filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, raclette machine (essential for après-ski!). Bathroom: walk-in shower, vanity unit, hairdryer, washing machine. Separate baths. Electric heating and careful insulation for a real altitude cocoon. WiFi and TV At the foot of the slopes (return possible depending on snow conditions) + private ski locker (level N-1, no. 1/7). Guest access The entire property will be accessible. Other things to note What cleaning fees include: Linens: one bath towel per person, bath mat, kitchen towel and bed linen, washed and laundered by a hotel provider. There is obviously the remuneration of our cleaning agent. We think it's important to give you the choice about “non-essential” expenses, which is why we only provide the essentials for a few nights, so as not to inflate your fees. → NO SMOKING IS strictly ALLOWED inside the accommodation. Any persistent odor or non-compliance with the listing will result in a claim from Airbnb and a financial penalty to cover the cost of cleaning. → We have a great relationship with the neighborhood. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and avoid excessive noise, especially in the evening and at night. → Parties and parties ARE FORBIDDEN, even in small groups.
