A lovely apartment with a spacious feel. Guests enjoy free WIFI and a Cinema room provided by a powerful projector with a surround sound set in a cosy room. The main sitting room is spacious. and the kitchen/dining room is open plan. There is a double bedroom with a king size bed, along with smart TV and shower room. Parking is included in a local car park roughly a 5 minute walk away. River Otter walks, pubs. takeaways, shops and supermarket are all within walking distance. Will allow 1 dog. The space The flat is accessed through a communal entrance with two other private flats and a small family run arts and crafts business. Once in the flat, you are central to the town amenities so once parked up in the local car park (included in the price) you can walk to everything you need including restaurants, pubs, takeaways and supermarket. The walks in the area are pretty - you can walk the river otter, looking out all the way for beavers and otters. The walk takes to to Tipton St John, (roughly 45 minutes) - a pretty village with a lovely pub where you can have lunch and walk back afterwards. If you are really feeling fit, you can head to Sidmouth along with beautiful East Hill which would roughly take two to three hours altogether. One dog is welcome in the flat as long as its quiet and doesn't disturb the other peaceful residents there. You will have everything you need in the flat - from cinema room to smart TVs (one in the sitting room, one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom) to coffee machine in the kitchen, washing/tumble dryer, shower and towels and bedding all included.
