Maple Views is well suited for couples or groups seeking space, with ample privacy and a comfortable base to unwind or explore. Note: The base rate includes access to two bedrooms. A third bedroom is available for an additional fee. The space Filled with natural light, Maple Views enjoys sweeping ocean views across the Ulverstone coastline, including Buttons Beach, visible from the front rooms of the home. Inside, the property features three bedrooms, two bathrooms including one with a separate toilet, and multiple living areas suited to families, groups or work stays. Bed configuration: Two downstairs bedrooms each offer a queen bed and built-in storage. The mezzanine bedroom includes one double bed and one single bed, with a small hanging space. All three bedrooms are automatically included for bookings of five or more guests. Groups of four people or less that would like additional space can add the third bedroom for $50 per night. The open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining spaces and a cosy lounge ideal for relaxing after a day out. Guests can expect a spotless, well equipped home with quality linens, Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast, laundry facilities and ample parking. Whether visiting for a beach escape, family getaway or work trip, Maple Views provides a welcoming base to unwind and explore the region. Guest access Maple Views is designed primarily for comfortable indoor living and relaxation. Guests are welcome to enjoy the paved outdoor area and driveway during their stay. Two outdoor chairs and a small table are provided, perfect for a morning coffee or some fresh air. For safety, we ask that guests avoid the area behind the garage and along the right-hand boundary near the garden edge. Children should be supervised when outdoors. One internal storage room upstairs remains locked and is used for housekeeping supplies. Other things to note As Maple Views is tucked within a quiet, private court, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of neighbours and keep outdoor noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. Please note that parties are not permitted, and only guests listed on the booking are allowed at the property. Group bookings are welcome but subject to approval.
