Leśna 21 - Dom Północ - near the SIEMIANÓWKA RESERVOIR

At the eastern end of Podlasie lies an extraordinary place. You will find the true richness of nature in the buffer zone of the Białowieża Forest, Lake Siemianówka, and the valley of the Narew River. On the outskirts of the village of Nowa Łuka, opposite the tiny Orthodox church of St. Elijah, in the vicinity of the forest, there is a unique accommodation on the Siemianówka lagoon – Leśna 21 houses. It is here that storks and cranes fly overhead, and just behind the wooden fence a herd of cows wanders, led to graze in the neighboring meadow. The space We have fast Wi-Fi - work remotely with us :) One of two twin houses. It is located on the northern half of the plot and faces the vast expanses of arable fields. In summer they are golden with grain, and in winter they are covered with snow. The winter wheat growing under it is a delicacy for many animals, including, of course, the bison! If you are looking for a place to relax in nature, then Leśna 21 will be an excellent choice! You will be only 3 kilometers away from the largest beaches, and the house itself is located right next to the Green Velo route - the Eastern Bicycle Trail. All fans of cycling trips or lovers of walking will certainly be delighted. All around the house there are forests full of life. Depending on the current season, you can pick mushrooms, watch birds, look for traces of animals or simply admire them while walking. In the evening, we have a campfire or lounging on the sunlit terrace. Every night spent in our home means a lot of pleasant memories and a unique adventure! Guest access We offer the entire house, offering comfortable accommodation throughout the year, along with a fenced 1000 m2 plot. We do not rent separate rooms. Free parking is available on the property. Other things to note The house is about 55 sq m and can accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor there is a fold-out couch (130 cm x 180 cm). Upstairs – two bedrooms. One has a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and the other has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm each). The covered terrace is 21 sqm. There is a table and benches on it – it is the perfect place to eat breakfast and drink morning coffee. In the kitchen, there are the most necessary household appliances for self-preparation of a meal: a fridge, an induction hob, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a coffee maker (ground coffee is provided by the guests), tableware, three knives (for bread, meat and a small knife), three pots and a pan, a water jug, a colander, a grater. The bathroom, which meets all standards, is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, mirror, hair dryer and towels. The kitchen is equipped with: dishwashing liquid, dishcloth, dishwasher, paper towel roll, basic spices. In the bathroom: hand towel, hand soap, toilet paper. In our garden there is a hammock, swing, portable bench, fireplace, net and badminton rackets. ARRIVAL WITH AN ANIMAL: When making a reservation, please agree on the animal's stay.
