The Burgundy farmhouse

Independent farmhouse 80 m2 refurbished in 2025, it is part of a large enclosed and wooded plot. Retaining its old-fashioned charm, it has all the comforts of a modern home, perfect for a couple or family with children: 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4), living room, large kitchen, cozy space for children, spacious bathroom and separate toilet. Close to tourist sites: Auxerre (17 km), Joigny (10 km) and La Puisaye (19 km). Forest walks and many hikes. The Accommodation: The space The accommodation includes the following rooms: - A large room with entrance closet including a fully equipped space for cooking, a counter, a table with 4 seats, electric oven, microwave, 1 electric coffee maker, 4 induction hobs, 1 electric kettle, tea and welcome coffee, fridge freezer, pots, dish towels and hand towels - Living room to read and relax including sofa, armchair, table and chairs - A safe high-rise play area for children including board games, children's books, large pouf - Two independent bedrooms, one with a 140x190 bed and the other with 2 90 x 190 beds, wardrobe - Bathroom with walk-in shower cubicle, vanity on furniture and shelving for your belongings, towel dryer, hair dryer, shower mat and bath and hand towels - A separate toilet If needed, we have an umbrella bed and a high chair for young children. We ask our guests to take off their shoes in the bedrooms and bathrooms (hardwood floors) Duvet covers, pillowcases, sheets and towels are provided in the accommodation. Other things to note A slow-loading outdoor electrical outlet is available for an electric vehicle. Outside, you can enjoy the park and a garden furniture. We will be at your disposal for any information before and during your stay. For heritage enthusiasts, we can point you to the must-see sights. Auxerre and Joigny for their architectural heritage, La Puisaye and its riches: its potters, its museums, its castles (Guédélon, Saint-Fargeau) For nature lovers, we can introduce you to some possible hikes and show you beautiful walks in the forest. For lovers of taste discoveries, we can recommend some beautiful wineries: Chablis and several wine villages that are worth a visit but also the spectacular Caves de Bailly and their Crémant.
