The kitchen features a dishwasher, gas stove and side by side refrigerator/freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is a very large sundeck attached to the dock. On the back side of the house is a large deck that provides a view of the lake - great for grilling and dining outside. Last but not least is the 72' of lake frontage. The water is clean and clear and is perfect for swimming, floating, kayaking (two are available for your use) and power boating. The nearby marina offers power watercraft for rent. Whether you enjoy sitting out on the pier or splashing in the water, this Klinger Lake home is perfect for you.
