Beautiful, clean, modern condo just steps from some of the most stunning ocean sunsets that you will ever see. Hardwood floors, gas fireplace & range, and tons of little luxuries including a heated towel warmer, plush hotel linens, and two TVs including a 50” flat screen in the bedroom. Private, landscaped yard to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun (even when the weather is chilly, with the help of our outdoor space heater). Quiet, friendly, walkable neighborhood with frequent festivals & events. The space The entire place is yours! Private driveway, entrance, washer/drier and landscaped yard. Hosts are available for any assistance during your stay, or you can simply let yourself in and out using a personalized code on the keypad. Guest access The entire condo is yours and yours alone. Other things to note Pets and families are welcome, but due to the extra cleaning required we do need to charge $25 for the first pet and $10 for each additional pet. If you will be having an extended stay, this fee may increase. Pet hair gets *everywhere,* and many guests are allergic so it is very time/intensive to clean after these visits. Small get-togethers are permitted upon request. In consideration of neighbors, please observe quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. Also please be aware that this is a condo in an older building and you are likely to hear footsteps and housekeeping sounds from the gentleman who lives upstairs. We do have fans available for your use if you prefer to sleep with white noise in the background.
