The space Cayton Bay Cottage is a delightful coastal retreat (with hot tub available) situated near the beach in Cayton, Scarborough, North Yorkshire Offering 4 nights for 3 (term time only with discount automatically applied at checkout) Cayton Bay Cottage is a stunning detached property carefully curated with relaxation and comfort in mind. Boasting an enclosed garden, open plan kitchen and dining area, a living room, plus three bedrooms, there is ample space for the whole family (sofa bed available to sleep 8) On the ground floor, you'll find the living room, kitchen and a downstairs WC. Benefiting from two sofas (one a sofa bed) and a flat screen Smart TV with Freeview, the living room is perfect for relaxing. In the summer, open the French doors and let the warm breeze drift in as you relax. At the rear of the property, accessible via the french doors, there is an enclosed garden space which boasts both a lawned and patio area. A real treat at Cayton Bay Cottage, this private space is ideal for alfresco dining. Start your day with a coffee in the sunshine or enjoy a glass of bubbly as the evening draws in. Hot Tub Hire - For an extra fee (the hot tub hire is not included in the rental price) you can hire an amazing hot tub - enjoy a long soak after a day on the beach - relax under the stars. If you select this option the hot tub will be delivered and set up for the duration of your stay! Hot Tub Hire Notes -The fee for the hot tub hire is based on a short stay of 3 or 4 nights. -For stays of 7 nights or more you will need to select TWO hot tub bookings otherwise the hot tub will only be available for the first 3 or 4 nights. This is to cover the additional costs of changing the water and in effect having to provide 2 hot tub services for the duration of the stay. -The hot tub is not available on stays of less than 3 nights -It is usually only available for arrival / provision on a Friday or Monday. -At certain times of the year - mainly XMAS then the hot tub may not be available on Mondays or Fridays and we will advise you of seasonal variations. Kitchen - Ultra stylish, the kitchen features white cabinets and marble style worktops. Amenities include an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and dishwasher so Cayton Bay Cottage is fully equipped for self-catering stays. Enjoy meals with your loved ones at the dining area which consists of a wooden dining table and matching, padded chairs. Take the stairs up to the first floor and you'll find three cosy bedrooms and the family bathroom. The first bedroom features a king size bed and an en suite shower room, while the second bedroom includes a comfortable double bed. Great for children, the third bedroom includes single bunk beds. All three bedrooms at Cayton Bay Cottage have a tranquil feel and premium bed linens to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Don't forget the the sofa bed is also available at Cayton Bay Cottage - please add the bedding for this as an extra at checkout. The family bathroom has marble style tiles complemented with immaculate white fittings. Modern and clean, there is a bathtub with an overhead shower, a WC and a wash basin. Each holiday comes with a bedding and towels, energy use and we supply a cot and high chair for the baby. We dont supply bedding for the cot so that's the only thing you will need to remember!
