The space The owner lives in this villa on the 1st floor. Three other bedrooms are for rent: a suite with a private bathroom and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. You may need to share the premises (outdoors, play areas, etc.) with other guests. The jacuzzi is accessible to guests at no additional cost. No prior reservation is needed. You can book a time slot when you arrive. Details of the rooms accessible to guests are shown in the accessibility tab. Guest access Guests have access to: - their room. - the shower room shared with the second bedroom on the level if it is rented. - the toilets located on the same level as the bedroom and separated from the shower room. - a common relaxation room in which there is a pool table, a foosball table and a piano. (Access until 9 p.m. for the tranquility of all) - to an indoor jacuzzi. - to the terrace of the villa to enjoy sunbathing, garden furniture, barbecue and brazier. - to the gardens of the villa. - the living room of the house only during breakfast hours offered each morning. Other things to note Breakfast for 2 people is included in the rate. It is served in the living room of the house every morning I offer baguettes with several jams, honey, cheese, ham, eggs, yogurts and fruits. And of course, coffee, tea, chocolate or fruit juice.
